I'd like to gain weight

Newbie question though.... how do you send a PM? o_O:confused:
I found out that we need to contact the Administrator (Solitaire) and she'll adjust our accounts, so we can send PM's. :)

Soda pop (coke, pepsi, etc.) has a lot of sugar, as does watermelon (and fruit is better for us than sugary drinks such as soda and sweetened tea).
Studies have just found that artificially sweetened soft drinks (coke, pepsi, etc.) may be more hazardous to our health than soft drinks with sugar - another "benefit" for trying to gain weight rather than lose it (as many people who want to lose weight will drink artificially sweetened drinks). ;)

I read this thread and all the friends have nice tips posted here, I think you may take my opnion as you want for different idea.

You should intake fatty foods, and eat meal 5 to 6 time in a day.
Sleep more whenever you can sleep.
Take milk, banana and more fatty thing.
