Are there any 10 minute exercises that I can do to make me lose weight?

New Member
I don't have a lot of time and so I need short time exercises that can burn calories in a short period of time, like 10 minutes.

you're daydreaming. 10 minutes of any exercise is not sufficient to burn any appreciable calories. You have time in your day for a 45 minute exercise period like running or biking. Just look for that time period. For example, what are you doing at 5am?

Burning calories in short time period is impossible by doing the exercise. If you want to cut down the value of caloris, then run on the treadmill at teh speed of 10 or more KM/hr, then it will help you in burining the calories. It will burn less calories as compared to exercise, but if you have short in time, then it is the best option for you.

I've seen a lot of video tutorials on YouTube. I am sure that if you do exercises every day for at least 10 minutes, you can see the result in 2 months.

10 min exercises are very good, IF you do like 3-4 of them a day. for example, my job s got me sitting 8-5 pm. so when i take 10 min breaks, i do squats, push ups, i run up and down stairs etc. Its NOT the only exercise, it would help maintain your weight but not lose any.

10-minute exercises are likely to only strengthen your muscles. It takes at least 40 minutes of active training to start the process of burning calories.
In general, the best method for weight loss is proper nutrition. The process of losing weight is 70 percent dependent on nutrition and only 30 percent depends on exercises.
I had such an experience when I practiced in the gym, but continued to eat junk food. Well, my muscles were very strong, but there was still fat on top of them.
So don't repeat my mistakes ;)
